Alex is a Licensed Contract Advisor and Agent for the NFL, CFL and FIBA having negotiated over $100M in performance compensation for his clients. He has represented dozens of clients in professional, college and high school football and basketball throughout all stages of their careers. Alex is also an adjunct Professor of Law at The University of Pittsburgh teaching Name, Image and Likeness Deals to future lawyers, sports agents, athletic directors, marketing representatives and other aspiring sports and entertainment industry professionals. Since 2013, Alex has built his law practice, Guminski Law, with a focus on the legal areas that athletes are nearly certain to encounter and require in their careers outside of playing the game, including all real estate transactions and investments, wills and estate planning, the laws regarding tax benefits and optimization, business organizations and startups, prenuptial agreements, divorce, child custody and support, intellectual property creation and protection, defamation and extortion litigation and criminal defense. Alex founded PRO ZONE with the belief that anything is possible with faith, sacrifice, effort, smart work, and surrounding his team, and his clients, with like-minded good people, working towards the same goal, sharing the same vision. Alex lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Director of Football
Based in Atlanta, Chad has scouted, trained and coached over 50 active and former NFL and NBA players during his career. His ability to recognize and develop professional football and basketball prospects is an invaluable asset to PRO ZONE. He spends countless hours watching film, attending games, and communicating with team personnel about the strengths, weaknesses and personalities of prospective player-clients. He is a natural networker and has an incredible business reach and acumen. Chad has owned and operated multiple training facilities in the state of Georgia and currently is the Chairman of The Unit C which is a nonprofit organization that provides tutoring, training, life skills, and also financial literacy to the youth throughout the metro Atlanta area. Chad lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
Director of Player Development & Post-Career Strategy
After an 8-year NFL career with the Dolphins, Eagles and Cowboys, Nolan has become a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist throughout Florida, owning and operating multiple businesses and charitable organizations across several different industries. As the Director of Player Development, Nolan provides positional coaching for our Defensive Back clients. As the Director of Post-Career Strategy, Nolan understands our clients' goals for life after football and teaches them about starting and running businesses and nonprofit organizations, the benefit of substantial networking and leveraging social capital. Nolan is one of the founders of the Jacksonville Athletic Academy, a Junior College helping young men develop their athletic skills and education to be professionals at whatever they choose to become. Nolan lives in Jacksonville, Florida.
Senior Football Executive
Eric has negotiated contracts for NFL players, executives, and coaches since 1986. Fortunately, he learned the business from Bruce Allen, NFL GMs, Head Coaches and Presidents in the 80's and 90's, giving him the unique perspective from both sides of the table. He has represented 34 1st round picks in the NFL, as well as Hall of Famers, Pro Bowlers, Head Coaches, Coordinators, position coaches, college coaches and executives. He has handled endorsement and marketing contracts for hundreds of athletes with Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, Reebok, Wheaties, Fathead, Campbell's Soup, Hershey's and dozens of other companies. He has also managed and negotiated golf events, camps/clinics, and sponsorship deals for athletes, celebrities and coaches. Eric lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
NFL and NIL Agent
In his first year as an NFLPA Contract Advisor, Kyle negotiated a Priority Free Agent Contract, which is relatively unheard of for agents in their first year. He was born and raised in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania where he was a two-sport athlete in High School and went on to play Division II Football at Seton Hill University. Kyle earned his undergraduate degree in Sports Management, as well as, his Masters in Business Administration. After graduate school, Kyle spent 7 years in logistics with UPS. His experience covered multiple departments including finance, operations and sales. He also spent time as a marketing intern with Sports99 from 2018-2020. Kyle lives in Baltimore, Maryland with his fiancé Kiera.
Director of Baseball
In Brady's first year as a Certified MLBPA Player Agent and Draft Advisor, he negotiated his first client's contract, who was drafted in the 15th Round of the 2023 MLB Draft. Brady was born and raised in Spanish Fork, Utah where he went on to play collegiate baseball at Salt Lake Community College, and Division I Baseball at Utah Tech University, receiving All-Conference Honors each year he played. Brady has developed a deep passion and understanding for the game of baseball. Dedicated to family, community and integrity, Brady's goal is to help people achieve their full potential through his deep knowledge of sports, and his affinity for negotiation and interpersonal expertise.
Director of Basketball
Aidan is both an NBA & FIBA Certified Agent. He earned his Masters Degree in Sports Administration from Division 2 Basketball powerhouse Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). Aidan has been an integral part of PRO ZONE since 2019, facilitating dozens of professional contracts and NIL deals utilizing a robust network within basketball around the world. His experience includes providing extensive research, analysis and career plans for his basketball clients across all levels. He plays an instrumental role in maximizing opportunities for PRO ZONE's clients on and off the court. Aidan takes pride in the genuine and selfless aspects of his work, and seeing his clients reach their ultimate goals. Aidan lives in Pittsburgh, PA.
Director of Basketball Operations
Tom is a 2014 graduate of Davidson College, where he played basketball under legendary coach Bob McKillop. During his time at Davidson, he was named captain in his senior year and helped his team to 2 NCAA tournament appearances. Upon graduation, Tom spent 3 seasons playing professionally in Europe. Coinciding his time spent overseas, he co-founded and co-directed Wildcat Select, a nationally recognized AAU basketball team that competes on the prestigious Adidas 3SSB Circuit. Since 2015, Tom has coached over 60 Division 1 basketball players including Oscar Tshiebwe and Jalen Bridges. Well-respected and revered in basketball circles, Tom has built a vast network of connections, including major college coaches, scouts, media members, grassroots program directors and overseas contacts. With the ever-changing world of college sports, most notably NIL and the transfer portal, Tom's experience in the college recruiting industry is integral to helping student-athletes and their families navigate the space and to find the best possible fit. Tom lives in Pittsburgh, PA, where he is currently pursuing his NBPA and FIBA Agent licenses.

Negotiating a player contract with team personnel can be challenging. We prepare months in advance for contract negotiations making certain to properly strategize for each team that sits across the table. Each of our clients are at different points in their careers, and as such, the language in their contracts will always be different. But no matter what, we fiercely fight to maximize our clients earnings.

We do not manage our clients' finances, but instead, refer them to Registered Player Financial Advisors for them choose the best fit for their personalized needs and wants. We handle every legal aspect of our clients' careers. Most laws relevant to our clients are state specific. The law is not a one-size-fits-all shoe.
